People`s Choice in Unionville

I love People's choice Wings and Pizza and have ordered from Unionville People's Choice several times over the past couple of years (a few times a month), however the customer experience I received from tonight's (October 9th) store manager will prevent me from ordering from People's Choice ever again. Horrific customer service!! I placed an order before 6pm, was told 30 minutes, called after an hour and they said it was just coming out of the oven, called back 30 minutes later and they said I never placed an order. The manager on duty was rude, obnoxious and didn't understand the meaning of customer service!! Their food is good but I will not order from them again based upon this one customer experience. There are too many other Pizza delivery restaurants in the area to have to put up with such poor customer service.

This place is the fn worst!!!! Zero customer service, don’t care about people’s time al all. Placed order, didn’t take name or number. Get there and they gave away my food.

Horrible service. They got the order wrong. Ordered 2 pizzas and they forgot 1 of them. Should have know from the reviews and from when ordering. Initially ask for a cheese pie.... the guy on the phone replied they don't sell pies ... only pizza. Never again.

So disappointed. Have been bpurchasing pizza from here for years. I placed my first online order for 2 pizzas and applied my mailed coupon code which was accepted. My son was on the road and stopped to pick up the order without the actual paper coupon. I sent him the pic of the coupon with my address on the coupon. Store would not accept it and did not allow him to purchase the order. They would rather throw away the pizza then sell it to us. We walked away! Company just lost a long term client. On principal I went to Naples and paid full price for best pizza in town! Good bye Peoples Choice! You lost my business for good.

While people's choice pizza is not exactly fine dining it is a great place to grab pizza, wings, and beer. They have an assortment of beers on tap, and the indoor seating is situated like a sports bar, however it has no "real bar" and only has restaurant seating, takeout and delivery.

Order was wrong. Called back in, to ask for a new one. The order was a whole tuna, half with tomato, no extra mayo. The manager said she made it herself. Here's the grinder, clearly, extra mayo, tomato on at least three quarters. The manager argues, and actually claimed, "it's not our fault if the tomato moves" wait... What? This place used to be the best... Not anymore. Go somewhere else.

Every Friday that I'm home I get my pizza here. We've tried other places a few times and people choice always the best

Yeeess, like everyone has writted - it's drunk food/hangover food/glorified fast food... Whatever you want to call it. However, if you physically GO to this location, instead of ordering delivery, the opinion might be a little bit different, especially if you like craft beer, or a decent glass of wine. On tap. Mark West Pinot Noir. On tap. The gal that helped us was very pleasant, the food was fast, and for what we ordered it was just fine because I didn't have to cook it. Inside was clean, and nicely decorated.Sure, the food isn't up for a James Beard Award, but whatev. Don't order something expecting that, enjoy a pint from the surprisingly impressive tap list, and relax because someone else made you dinner.

I have bought pizza many times. I have had no complaints!!! I generally do pickup..

Makes you turn in coupons when you pick up food even though you paid online for the pizza already. Fix this antiquated policy and I'll consider coming back

As you can tell from the other reviews this chain and this location are hardly the choice of the people. Terrible and greasy pizza. Wings that look like the chickens were never fed, and then over fried.

Mostly jerks work here and the foods terrible. Plus they can't seem to get an order right. Horrible service and if you think your foods going to be ready on time don't because it never is. To many terrible experiences at this place for me to like it.

Peoples Choice is best pizza place around; except I am surrounded by horrible pizza places. The People's experience can be summed up in 2 words: "cheap ingredients". Everything they make is coated with an extra serving of bland. Cheap bread, cheap chicken/veal/sausage in their grinders, wilting lettuce, stale tasting mozzarella sticks, and the best "nothing like tomato" sauce there is.I'd give them a one if the other pizza places around didn't fail so much harder but here I am. Forced to give a place I shouldn't eat at a two because everything else around is a horror show.

The pizza is disgusting and has more grease then cooking 5 lbs of bacon at once. However the wings suck as well. The only thing I recommend here is putting your car in reverse as soon as you pull in.

They have good food. Poor service. Ive had nothing but issues constantly with my orders. I ask for a grinder or other items and ask for something to not be on there and every time its still there.... why have the option if your employees put it there anyway. Why pay for the service if they can't even do it right. Its not hard to do what people ask

Always a 10/10 for food and delivery, and I usually order about 3 times a month. Fast and easy, and I love that they're open late.

Love this place!! They are always quick and consistent and my go to pizza place in farmington.

I just had a delivery driver say, "come on, I need the tip" when i asked for change for a $20 on a $12.50 order. I had put in a few dollars for a tip in the order as well but i guess that wasnt enough for this guy. Rediculous. He also parked across my neighbors driveway and they were none too pleased about it, as they were trying to leave. And he almost gave me the wrong order. I wont be ordering from this place again until i hear hes been fired. Food kind of sucks too.

The cheese and pepperoni pizza is good

I've been getting pizza and wings from people's choice for years (I think close to 10 years now). They are dependable and quick, And I have never had a complaint about their professionalism/service. I'm not a huge fan of their pizza, but my kids love it, and I enjoy their wings...though I'm still a little miffed that they charge $1 per bleu cheese (Like, really?) They are our go to take out after 9 pm :)

They delivered right to the door of my 18 wheeler in a timely manner a little pricey but well worth this is the best cheese steak I've had in a long time and im from pennsylvania

I called to place an order last week and a young lady answered the phone. I orginally ordered a larger pizza 1/2 cheese the other 1/2 sausage. My husband who was next to me asked me to add pepperoni and chicken wings. I asked the young lady to add more to my order and she clearly became irritated. After placing my order i told her thank you. Without saying anything back she slams the phone in my face. Needless to say i cancelled a $32 order and complained to a "manager". I use to order from peoples choice at least once a week but from now on i will just drive down to George's Pizza instead. The staff at peoples choice are very disrespectful and rude. I will never order food from a company who hires employees with nastey attitudes because you will never know what they may do to your food.

Sorry, I just made a vow to myself to never order again. Tottaly disappointed, all the food was awful the 'Famous White' pizza... I feel like I should drive to the location and return it myself, by far the worst I've ever had, even my 5 YO was shocked at how horrible it was!!! The most bland and dry tasting, completely unseasoned, chopped garlic? There was nothing like that on it. The wings were absolutely awful, mushy, fatty skin and surprisingly dry and hard inside, not even a side of dressing, oh and soggy thin French fries if I may call it that. I don't even want to soil my trashcan with it. Food for drunk ppl only, honestly.

The sheet pan pizza is where it's at

So I let chicken tenders selected flavor hot, asked for the sauce on the side along with ranch. Got a little note saying I'd have to pay for it $1 each. I was like ok ..... Then I go to eat my food, the chicken tenders were rock hard, dry and tasted refried. Along with my burnt onion rings..... Just a very bad experience threw away the food what a waste of money.....

Worse pizza and boneless wings ever!!! The wings are soaked in grease and the pizza is soggy. I've been trying to call them to let them know that I am not pleased and want my money back, but they wont answer the phone. I called about 20 times.

Sorry... Ordered today for the first time in a long while... Remembered you fondly to date...However, all three meals today were drastically overcooked! Aside from the onionrings things were pretty much a HUGE disappointment !!

Got our large cheese pizza for 4 kids, opened the top and the box was so concaved the entire layer of cheese was glued to the top of the box. Called them for a replacement and was offered a coupon off of our next order! What?! Awful! Eventually they said they could bring a replacement but they want the original pizza back! For what? We asked if we could take the 4 good pieces for the kids to eat since they now need to wait longer to eat and the woman on the phone gave us a hard time about that! Unreal! Wish I could post the picture I took of the pizza. Very unhappy

Only pizza delivery that covers Burlington. The pizza is pretty good and they have both thin and pan crust style. The pepperoni is a little bland for my liking, but they do make up for it with a generous amount of cheese.

Best food around and staff is absolutely amazing..

Horrible service and no professionalism. Ordered online, and the food was delivered over 30 minutes after the time it said. When I called and asked, I was told my complaint was "ridiculous". I do not recommend ordering from here at all.
